Electric motors with brake, designed according to IEC standards, are closed type with cooling fan, asynchronous three-phase short-circuited rotor with additional DC or AC electromagnetic brake. Motors are aluminum alloy with removable feet up to size 112 and cast iron from size 132 and up. All the basic support structures are there. They have many advantages, including compact structure, high efficiency, large starting torque, instant braking, excellent performance, low noise, low vibration. It has a brake release lever that allows both manual and electric operation and is convenient to use. Electric motors with brakes are suitable for machinery that requires immediate braking, correct positioning, repetitive operation, frequent starting and slip prevention, such as lifting machinery, transport machinery, packaging machinery, food machinery, printing, weaving machinery and reducers.
