ELECTRICIANS VIBRATORS VIBRADE
MVE series vibrators are asynchronous single-phase and three-phase electric motors with eccentric masses at both ends of the shaft, suitable for use in pulsating machinery.
They are manufactured with advanced technology and comply with IEC 34-I (1993) specifications.
The main technical characteristics are:
1) High strength steel shaft.
2) Double cage rotor, designed to achieve high starting torque.
3) Magnetic shell wound stator constructed with low loss laminations to achieve high efficiency and reduce operating temperatures. Special stator winding for resistance to high vibration stresses.
4) Aluminum housing and ball bearings for low output units. Cast iron housing and roller bearings for high output units.
5) Special material and technology in the power end box to ensure high insulation.
6) Cam masses of special design, adjustable from 0 to 100% of centrifugal force.
7) Steel caps to protect masses.
Widely used in oscillating conveyor belts, oscillating
power etc.
They are designed to operate under adverse conditions in an environment with
high humidity and dust.
